Project Management Templates

The following templates are used throughout the Project Life Cycle as determined by the project's complexity, calculated in the Project Classification process. Not all project outputs have specific templates available for use. In cases where the templates are not available, the information may be captured using other methods such as EPMO forms, MS Project schedules, or other specific documents. For questions, please contact the PMO at pmo@gmu.edu.
